Drugstore lines like Cover Girl carry beautiful blackened jewel tone colored liners, as well. Cover Girl’s Perfect Point Plus liner in Midnight Blue makes dark eyes dazzle. Another alternative is Revlon’s new line of Bedroom Eyes Powder Liner.
These are great for a smoky eye look, and a simple as swiping on liner thanks to the sponge tip applicator.
